Global ® CB 2800 UTC Series - Coverstitch machines
CB 2802 / 2803 - High speed, top and bottom cover chainstitch machines, cylinderarm, fully automatic lubrication and differential feed. Equipped with a lower and upper thread trimmer and presser foot lift (all pneumatic).
CB 2823 - Same as above, but with puller.
CB 2882 / 2883 - Same as CB 2802 / CB 2803, but with left hand knife.

CB 3703-56 AUT - High speed, top and bottom cover, cylinderarm, chainstitch machine with fully automatic lubrication and differential feed. The machine is equipped with lower and upper thread trimmer, presser foot lift (all pneumatic).The machine is supplied with a Ho Hsing mini servo motor and controlbox. The motor is attached on the back-side of the machine head.
CB 3703-64 BFC - High speed, top and bottom cover, cylinderarm, chainstitch machine with fully automatic lubrication and differential feed.This multi-functional machine is suitable for general plain sewing, tape binding and cover seaming. All parts for this variation are delivered with this model.
CB 3783-56 AUT – High speed, top and bottom cover, cylinderarm, chainstitch machine with fully automatic lubrication and differential feed. The machine is equipped with lower and uppper thread trimmer, presser foot lift (all pneumatic) and a left hand fabric trimmer. The machine is supplied with a Ho Hsing mini servo motor and controlbox. The motor is attached on the back-side of the machine head.
CB 3803-56 NA-AUT - High speed, top and bottom cover, small cylinderarm, chainstitch machine with fully automatic lubrication and differential feed. The machine is equipped with lower and upper thread trimmer, presser foot lift (all pneumatic). Motor is available as option.

CH 5001 - High speed single needle, 2 thread chainstitch machine with automatic lubrication and equipped with stitch shorting mechanism (lever).
CH 5002 - High speed double needle, 4 thread chainstitch machine with automatic lubrication and equipped with stitch shorting mechanism (lever). Standard needle gauge 4,8 and 6,4 mm.
CH 5003 - High speed three needle, 6 thread chainstitch sewing machine with automatic lubrication and equipped with stitch shortening mechanism (lever). Distance between the needles 3,2 mm.

1102 / 1112 BLF - Two needle, 6,4 mm, bottom coverstitch, belt loop making machines. Model 1112 BLF is equipped with front cutters to trim the material to the proper width.
1162 PMD - Two needle, 4,8 or 6,4 mm, bottom coverstitch, flatbed machine with puller, featuring both front and rear pullers. This machine is very usefull in more delicate flatbed elastic insertion operations such as underwear when it is desirable to trap the elastic in the hem rather than tacking the elastic onto the seam.

5504 - Four needle, double chainstitch flatbed machine. This machine is designed for straight stitching of waistbands on garments such as jeans and workwear. It is equipped with a puller for smooth operations on thick fabrics, even when crossing seams.
